I have noticed that kids as young as elementary school age have boyfriends and girlfriends. The "go out" with them, KISS them, etc. and it appears like it's uncool to be single. I would just like to know, what purpose does it serve having a bf/gf till your older, like 17 or 18?
Yes, I see dating as getting to know someone who is a possable husband or wife, someone you think you might marry. I guess some poeple just go out for the heck of it!
I no agree about that, but if 13 start, its ok, A 8 years old boy how can they 'feel' the love. The really love isn't to kiss, play...etc, its need a long love, I plain next year marrie cause I'll get a Skyline next year, the car can be our marrie car 0.0
Well my sister is 8 and she says she is "going out" with someone. Its kinda pointless... I'm 13 and if you dont have a bf at my school your lame and nobody talks to you. Thats never been a problem for me but I feel bad for some people. But little kids shouldnt have that problem. They should enjoy life as FRIENDS not in a relationship
Early sexualization of children is a serious problem, I blame the media. It's all about image.
Love:
Different people feel it at different ages, but it's not that early in your life that you value someone elses life more than your own. That's what love is, and under no circumstances does it change.
But, it would be wrong to assume that all relationships have this component, and many if they ever do don't at such an early stage. There are 17 and 18 year olds not capable of feeling this, it's a lot to do with the person.
Why the hell am I talking about this? More on the topic, you think you're ready? You're not. Kids don't understand, and they aren't meant to.
but anyways yeah I said the same thing...Kids should see thier childhood life before going off on there so called bf's Its stupid They say there so In love....they don't even know what love is they think love is just a kiss and a hug lol
I had a "boyfriend" at age 6...ish. I had a lot of "boyfriends" in elementary school.
My first kiss was at six. I don't remember it, just who it was with. :/
Wish I had been older. I learned my lesson; haven't had a "boyfriend" for four years.
I'm a freshman, now; old enough that it's supposedly valid. Still, I'm waiting to find/have a chance with someone I truely love, haha.
i had a boyfriend from the age of 13 i thought i loved him but he cheated on me.
so i waited a year and got a boyfriend when i was 14,i have been in the same relationship scince.i am now 17
