I happen to be a fan of the old Yu-Gi-Oh, but, I can't help but smirk at that fact.
I personally am getting used to N, he's much Calmer than Cyrus, much more capable, and, I believe he's the first "King".
I've noticed that most of the battle themes are throwbacks to Gen I & II.
Plasma Grunt Theme: The after the two opening riff-things, it's very much like R/G/B/Y's Leader Theme. Then, just bloops.
Regular Trainer Theme: Sorta like the Trainer Theme in[once again,] R/G/B/Y. Then, like the opening theme song to the video in R/G/B/Y.
Leader Battles: When you get to their last Pokèmon, it turns to the "Pokèmon Theme", used in the Title of R/G/B/Y, a few routes in G/S/C, and used in the Pokèmon Stadium stage in SSBM.

Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
@Ram I too noticed that. I found it to be a nice touch. Pokemon has great music. My favorite from White is probably the music that plays on the Leaders' final Pokemon. :3
Oh and I like how in the final battle with Ghetis there's some singers in the background chanting his name. Epic. :)
It's my job to help the next generation, and set a good example for them. And for that I'll gladly lay down my life.
@Skittles: Same here, really made me want to play Crystal again, I love that tune... Sorta. It's a really neat thing they did, having more than just one solid-loop track per battle. I haven't faced Ghetsis yet, he seems to be the Dick Cheney of Pokemon, controlling everything with N as a face... xD

@CP: Quit spamming the Pokemon Threads with un-related Pokemon talk. We're talking about the Organization Leaders, not Features. Read the blue area at the top for once.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
Hmm... Blue doesn't really count, as he's a Rival... Ironically, Silver would sort of count, since he stole a Pokemon in Cianwood, and he's Giovanni's son.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
