Arceus has the highest base stat total, and a good movepool. It's really only matched by few, namely Mewtwo. However, once you know the game, ubers aren't as formiddable as they seem. That doesn't mean they aren't hard, but they can be beaten if you know what you're doing.

@Pro Phione isn't leegendary since it can be breed from Manaphy, but it doesn't evolve into it.

Jeez, you all play, yet most of you can't even spell the names properly...

Anyway, I agree, legends are over-rated, but, I'm a hypocrite, since I depend on Mewtwo in my Gen IV Team.

Phione is a "relative" of Manaphy, but, not an evolution. That's what makes Manaphy & Phione unique, they're the only Legends to come from Eggs.

Personally, I choose Mewtwo. The others are just too cheesy for me to take seriously.
