Tables aren't really necessary but if you really want one I suggest asking someone who has it in there profile rather than the bb where many false answers are given o-o.
You need to make a member table that has all the account information stored.
Including username, password(encrypted is recommended), sig, birthday, bio, email, admin, and so on.
Don't forget a primary row, which should carry the I'd number of each user (set on auto-increment, or A.I.)
Then you use php and SQL to retrieve the data.
I know my apprehensions might never be allayed. And so I close, realizing that perhaps the ending has not yet been written...
