Milotic or Garados?

Milotic would be my choice if you like your Sp Atk and only needs 600,000 exp to lvl 100

On the other hand Gyrados has awesome attack and has a second type, flying but needs 1,250,000 to lvl 100 so its basically a exp sponge

Well its up to you, (Milotic) Sp Atk and convience or (Gyrados) Attack and Secondary type flying.

Oh forgot to mention Gyrados has bad Sp Atk and most water moves re Special, Aqua tail is the only move i can remember that is a physical water move so i would get milotic

Actually, strategy-wise Gyarados is the worst choice between the two due to its typing. Milotic only possess two x2 weaknesses, and has good defenses. Gyarados' only advantage is its ability Intimidate, and even that is only circumstantial. I choose Milotic. :3

I've Actually killed a bunch of Milotics with My Gyarados.
