Commander Fox, of the IPRC is the second in command on the Quack Star Ship, he keeps the ship in order under Captain Sheeba Quack.
His jobs usually include putting himself at risk for diplomacy, being shot at, and helping the captain get away when Lord Vancipold Noclu IV shows up.
In the beginning he's completely stuck up, but eventually he softens up through the efforts of his shipmates.
There is also, possibly hidden feelings for the captain deep within him. With that said, it's unknown weither or not the same is true about the captain.
