* 3D Graphics
* Two 3DS card slots
* Two Circle Pads
* Online Game Chat(or whatever) like with Wii U
* The ability to openly make apps for it, like the iDevices

Call it, the DSU. That was off the top of my head. I'm sure it sucks.
