This law would NEVER pass if Youtube was like it used to be, since every video would have something copyrighted in it. It woyld be impossible to fine everyone, eh?

I'm sure you have heard of IGN or Gamespot, as they're gaming webstes with news and reviews etc. If it where to get passed, even most of there videos would have to be removed because they're showing content from video games without the producers consent. Or at least so I heard.

No, SOPA did not pass yet. The latest proposition was to "stop the Justice Department from using SOPA...to aid adult industry businesses who happen to hold valid copyrights". Deliberation will continue in next week's session. What did get approved in speedy fashion was a spending bill. Surprise, surprise.

Here is the thing, SOPA hasnt passed yet, BUT NDAA has, and that is pretty much making the US a police nation, gone are our freedom, gone are our saftey.

If SOPA is to pass, along side with the NDAA it is a deadly combo. Freedom of speech will be abolished.
