I'm sure you have heard of IGN or Gamespot, as they're gaming webstes with news and reviews etc. If it where to get passed, even most of there videos would have to be removed because they're showing content from video games without the producers consent. Or at least so I heard.
Correct me if anything I said was wrong. Trying to remember what I read a month or so ago.
those proffesional reviewers are told to go to e3 (as far as i know, not to metion their the only ones aloud into confrenses of the event) by the game companies themselfs so it would make sense that they would be told to review their games with the permission.
If everyone who followed their dreams made it, we all would be famous.

I think this also could go with all those covers of songs out there on YouTube... my friend and I were going to do one and my dad asked if it was legal since the song was copyrighted and owned by the original performer such as Love You Like A Love Song is owned by Selena Gomez and I had no clue because I'd never thought about it, but truth is if you haven't asked written or emailed the writer/owner of the song for permission to do a cover of the song it is indeed and in fact, illegal.
And it's possible, if on tiptoes, to stand between the raindrops.

*sigh* This law (PIPA) is only going to put more minors in jail, or land their parents with massive fines just because Emma sang a cover of Justin Bieber.
And it's brother(/sister?) law ("SOPA") is no better.

I agree with you.
You know, it's basically free advertising when people do game reviews and tutorials etc.
Why would you remove that?

Last time I checked, censorship IS unconstitutional. So if they do pass they won't be up for long...that is, if they actually read the bills.
