I second this. If an Admin shows themself to be consistently unable to uphold the rules and behave responsibly, it's an insult to the other users to keep allowing them back.

I am an admin, and I agree with Hallie, while not directly pointing fingers at anyone specific user, but, if you were banned as admin more than once, and permad as well, chances are you are not responsible or mature enough to handle an admin job, no matter how easy or menial the task is.

As for me, I haven't got banned once on the site, and I agree with Halicane on this one.

Anything can be done. But once you put a limit on something, the chances are lowered.

All I will say is that I believe admins should be held to higher behavioral standards than non-admins.

Hmm... It depends on the ban reason, as others have said before... I'm neutral to it. I just don't like seeing a member get banned for something, and then the Admin doing the same thing, and getting off free-of-consequence...

Warnings? What warnings?! If I do something that admin doesn't think is appropriate for chatting, the admin just slaps on a ban without warning. Some admins just go drunk on power anyway, banning for personal reasons. I say we give 'em a month to clean the record first.
