I think it depends on what they did.

@jack10 Past bans don't always prevent you from becoming an Admin, provided you weren't banned for serious offenses, or perma banned. And even then, Hull can decide for himself who he thinks should be the next Admin. Past bans most certainly increase the likelihood of you being skipped over for adminship though.

I myself, note I often look at the banlist, have seen many admins banned "For the heck of it" with random uncalled for reasons.

E.X. One admin doesn't approve of another so they ban.
I've actually seen that one a lot latley.
So place it on the ban.

It comes down to how serious the ban was, if it was major then yes they should get demoted, minor then no they shouldn't be demoted.

I'd Say, if banned. they are not good enough to be an admin because they are not setting a good example.
Because if you think about it, it would cause so many problem.
