Jorge- Not true, if they hacked the site or went on a banning spree of illegit bans. They shouldn't be given a second chance. There's a bunch of more things too that where you shouldn't be given a second chance.

There are possible off days. If it's a constant problem with an admin, demotion could be an option. Then again if they are just taking cussing a little over the top, this has nothing to do with the job. If you are banned for abuse, I could see a reason to demote. Any other times a demotion is a little much.

i think admin should get a total ofthree bans per year (being banned 'cause they disagree doesnt count) an admin should be able to keep within that limit

I think an admin who's harsh to an member should be warned and if he carries on ...on...on...it'll be a ban then he get's demoted.

i take away my last comment now, i think if admins are banned for non-personal reasons then they should get demoted. and it should be easier for admins to be banne, instead of harder, reason: admins should have a higher behavior standard then normal users

I can list many admin's who are harsh to certain member's in Alphabetic Order,but you're right.

To me, it depends on why the moderator or admin was banned in the first place.

I think if the mod or admin where banned for spam, they should [/b]NOT[/b] have their chatmin, but a long with their blogmin rights ok.

I think if the are caught cussing, they should loose their chatmin rights also.

To me, if a admin or moderator was caught harassing some one even in the slightest degree, they should loose all admin rights.

Oh yeah, and if a admin or mod holds a grudge against a user by not accepting their blogs, or maybe locking their thread posts they should loose all admin rights.
